Louis, MO- Hogan is Seeking an experienced Owner Operator Recruiter.
As an Owner Operator Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of showcasing our programs and benefits to Owner Operators.
You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and recruiting new owner operators.
You'll be in daily contact with new candidates to bring them on board.
This position is for a dynamic individual with a strong knowledge of Owner Operator processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work with new candidates and operations to set expectations, understand their needs, and match the right candidates with the right opportunity.
Conduct personal interviews daily with prospective candidates Proactively reach out to your leads via email, phone, or other methods, and stay on top of follow-ups Educate candidates on the benefits of driving for the Company Stay organized in managing multiple Owner Operator positions and coordinating with numerous candidates Stay informed about latest recruiting trends and implement new trends on current recruiting process Track and update all calls in the recruiting tool in the company's transportation management system Continuously work on seeking new talent and expanding your circle of candidates, keep your pipeline full POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Self Motivated - Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one's ability using his or her own drive or initiative.

SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school): Preferred
1 plus years of experience in recruiting Owner Operators.
Computer Skills: Detail oriented with strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
